Macemasters™ polished stainless steel fixed mace weights are a practical all-in-one piece of training equipment. We make handles in Ash wood in two different lengths and have four mace weight options.

Macemasters™ training is one of the most effective ways to train and condition your whole body while mimicking real world movement to strengthen body and mind. • Slide your hand closer to the end of the handle to increase resistance

• Mace circumference: 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, 225mm.

• Mace weight options: 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 12.5 kg

• Handle lengths: 120cm, 60cm

• Handle diameter: 3cm
