Single Macemasters™ Weights 

Macemasters™ polished stainless steel mace weights can be purchased separately or as a family. The weights are easy to assemble and disassemble. Making a practical all-in-one piece of training equipment.

Macemasters™ training is one of the most effective ways to train and condition your whole body while mimicking real world movement to strengthen body and mind. Originally developed by ancient Indian Warriors and well documented in Indian mythology, previously used by the God Hanuman, it was directly applicable to real-world combat and wrestling. 

Macemasters™ Details:

• We recommend starting with a lightweight and working up

• Slide your hand closer to the end of the handle to increase resistance

• Mace circumference: 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, 225mm.

• Mace weight options: 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 12.5 kg

We provide a quick release barbell end clamp with each Macemasters™ interchangeable mace this should be used when operating the equipment and connected at the initial assembly stage.
