Macemasters™ techniques

Macemasters™ training is one of the most effective ways to train and condition your whole body while mimicking real world movement to strengthen body and mind. Originally developed by ancient Indian Warriors and well documented in Indian mythology, previously used by the God Hanuman, it was directly applicable to real-world combat and wrestling. We recommend starting with a lightweight and working up.

 

Mace exercises to get started

Here are ten basic exercises for beginners of the long mace. We would recommend mastering each exercise one at a time, to achieve the correct form, before moving onto the next.

Once familiar with the exercises, start with performing 5-10 reps of each exercise. The reps can be gradually increased over time.

 

Office fit workout
