Macemasters™ Warranty

This warranty applies to Single Maces, Interchangeable Maces, Hand Held Maces, Fixed Maces and Bespoke Maces.

Our range of Maces come with a 12 month warranty on parts and labour warranty. 

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on parts.

You should keep your sales receipt where it shows the date of purchase of the product. 

This warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the mace is assembled and used according to the instructions/directions included with the mace and our Terms & Conditions.

This warranty does not extend to any mace that has been damaged or rendered defective: (a) as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse or lack of reasonable care/maintenance (b) by the use of parts not manufactured by Macemasters (c) by modification of the mace; (d) as a result of service by anyone else other than the Macemasters or an authorised Macemasters warranty service provider.

During the warranty period, the Macemasters. will at no additional charge replace the part(s) or repair the mace if it becomes defective, malfunctions or otherwise fails to conform with this warranty under normal, non-commercial, personal, family, household or gym use. 

In repairing the mace, Macemasters may replace defective parts at the option of Macemasters, use serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Macemasters.

Voided Warranty

The warranty will become voided on your item:

• If is purchased and used not in accordance with our Terms & Conditions

• If the item has not had regular maintenance, eg, removing the weight and cleaning all parts, as a result, the item has become damaged or not lock on correctly.

• If the item is shipped outside of the United Kingdom.

• If an item is sold on the remaining warranty which is non-transferable.
